Run an Email Performance by Attribute report when you want to see performance data for a specific subscriber attribute within a specific email send.

How to Run an Email Performance by Attribute Report

Use the following procedure to run an Email Performance by Attribute report:

  1. Click the Tracking tab.
  2. Click my reports.
  3. Click Tracking Reports.
  4. Click Email Send Classification By Email.
  5. Complete the information in the Report Parameters section:

    Email Send Select an email send from your my tracking folder.
    Select Attribute Select an attribute from the drop-down that you want to report on.
    Time Zone The time zone in which you wish the results of the report to appear.
    Culture Code The format in which dates appear in the report.
    Reports Results Delivery

    You can choose to have your report delivered via one of the following methods:

    • Save Report for FTP - Enter the file name for results file (no extension needed).
    • Email the Report Results -  Enter a required email address and subject line, and optional comments.
    • Display Report Results On Screen - Click Run Report next if you choose this option.

    Run the Report

    Choose an option:

    • Run Report Immediately - Runs the report immediately.
    • Schedule Report to Run Later - Enter a date and time to run the report.

  6. Click Submit.
